Avalon has gone by many names in the past, but most notably as Mammon, or Ba'al Zabub. As the Prince of Greed, she retained a unique gift from the Celestials that, over time, has become a curse. All Princes maintain order in their individual domain, and any gold kept in Avalon's domain can be used to grant most impossible wishes so long as they don't conflict with other wishes made in the same timeline. These wishes can create dead-end branches on the metaphorical tree of life and destroy several generations of afterlives depending on the nature of the request.
Avalon has grown jaded towards humans after several failed attempts to use human wishes to return to the Celestial Body. She's recovered some semblance of humanity through Salem, who lived with her for a time during Lust's reincarnation. Avalon is forbidden from forging or receiving demons aside from Salem, as past attempts have lead to her gold being distributed amongst demons and humans alike and causing chaos upon their wishes. She is not in complete control over the gold production in her domain.
